Role: Digital Media Specialist
Currently working in GOC as a Digital Media Specialist (pSME-Product SME).
● Role: Troubleshoot technical issues, while focusing on efficiency and product
improvement.
● The pSME takes second level escalations from their respective team to speed up and ensure valid information/correct resolution.
● Deep dive troubleshooting, access to tools in order to try resolving complex issues, Feedback to agents via QPlus- consult feedback.

Previous role: GOC- Digital Media Senior Associate (August 2019 - August 2022).
● Chat support- Outbound calls to assist customers on Google Ads, Analytics etc,- related queries.
● Additional tasks: RCA (Root cause analysis), TRT reviews.
● Providing support to peers and product refresher to new joinees while nesting or existing teams.
