  • VASU HEALTH CARE PVT LTD, (Sep.2023 to till date ), Present I am working as a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER at Meerut hq , My job Responsibilities are Tracking a Sales Team, Training to sales team, development of distribution network and outlets , dealers (channel sales) , keep the sales team and network partner( Distributors) , Responsibility to achieve Area Targets and Functionaries for planning ( Week wise & monthly )and implementation, Monthly & weekly review meeting with sales team. Developed strong relationships with key clients, resulting in long-term partnerships and repeat business.Increased regional sales by developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the local market.

Below are my covering area - 

UttarPradesh - 

1ASM & 3 ASE- HQ's are Lucknow(3) Kanpur (4),Varanasi (4) & Agra (5) and 16 hp's of Sales officers 

Uttrakhand-

ASE -1  Haridwar and 5 hp's of the Sales officers 

Delhi - ASM-1 and 6 hq of the sale officers - Central delhi wholesale ,Central Retail, North -1, North -2, East-1 , East -2 , West and Central pro.

Bihar & JK- ASE -1 and 6 hq,s of  the Sales officers - Patna-1and Patna-2, Gaya , Muzaffarpur ,Sivan and Ranchi 

Note - Creating the sale channel again after more corrections and build the new team and taking the sales from 24 lakhs to 63 lakhs .
