• Preparing payroll Leaves & Attendance
• Maintain in system.
• Support to payroll team like provide data attendance, Mis, compliance, ID card, on boarding, orientation etc.
• Prepare full and final settlement for resigning employees.
• Exit Interviews (Identifying the reason for leaving and collating the feedback to improve the environment).
• Provide HR Policy guidance and interception.
• Work closely with management and employee to improve work relationship, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
