- Build supplier development and qualification process to fast-track new parts development to reduce overall cost.
- Monitoring air/sea/trucking/network optimization guidelines related to freight for timely delivery and best transportation rates.
- Balancing sourcing across vendors, to avoid over-dependence and spread the sourcing risk.
- Exploring options for transportations and logistics, domestic and overseas.
