• Giving inventory projections for Management Business review.
• Handling 13 customer across 14 locations (India and Global) and responsible
for achieving Total Net Sales of 430MINR/ month.
• Monitoring the inventory to keep healthy inventory in plant & Warehouse.

with Customers and CFT
• Utilized SAP daily to track on- hand inventory and transaction process.
Production planning and control (PPC)
• Formulating demand plans, to have smooth production activities on the production of variants.
• Order process planning based on Plant line capacity.
• Follow up with production to meet the customer requirement.
Engineering change request coordinator (ECR)
• Coordinated with technical team for ECR execution. Software & hardware ECR’s.
• Validating & Analyzing ECR documents & approving & routing to concerned team.
• Execution of ECR by coordinating with Procurement, Demand planner and PPC teams. With technical team for ECR execution. Software & hardware ECR’s.
• Approving BOM change requests based on customer coverage & Raw Material coverage.

Manage end-to-end execution of order management from order receipt to dispatch

• Ensure order confirmation accuracy, shipment, customer query resolution, change requests, and cancellations
• Create and maintain new item codes and BOM for new products
• Share purchase requisitions, track production orders, and manage inventory levels
• Follow up with production and quality teams
• Plan dispatch and vehicle scheduling
• Handle invoicing and waybill generation
• Track dispatched consignments and escalate if not delivered on time

• Achieve project goals within given constraints by initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing customer orders within the deadline
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers
