Thermodynamic calibration:

• Executed Insy calibration for VVT setpoint, ignition optimization, and airpath modeling etc
• Torque modeling.

• GPF calibration co ordination etc.

Vehicle level calibration

• Thermodynamic calibration.
• Conducted emission calibration to meet legislative standards.

Engine Level Calibration and Development

• Achieved performance targets based on simulation results through component optimization and calibration.
• Achieving Performance target as per simulation result by optimizing components and calibration.
• System integration on vehicle level and Achieving Performance target on wheel as per simulation result by optimizing components and calibration.
• Full load, Part load and BSFC optimization.
• Base Calibration on engine level – Air path calibration, IGA calibration, End of injection, Torque molding calibration starts calibration etc.

Base Calibration on Vehicle level

• Air path correction, warm-up fuel correction, lambda controller calibration Idle calibration, Torque structure calibration ,starts and restarts calibration at all temperature etc.
• Emission optimization on WMTC Cycle as per Target (V1-Limit).
• Calibrated drivability on chassis dyno and road, including wall film, fuel cut-off, transient fuel, transient ignition, and ride mode calibrations.
• Catalyst selection – PGM loading, Wash coat,catalyst size etc
• OBD – II Calibration .

Engine Testing

• Studied engine specifications and planned test equipment to achieve desired test targets.
• Testing of engines as per standard test procedures
• Executed engine tests following standard procedures.
• To study the engine specification and to plan for the test equipment’s in order to achieve the desired test targets as per the requirement of the engineering
• Component level performance and testing
• Coordinated with test facility teams, including maintenance and instrumentation.
• Conducted tests on benchmarking engines to evaluate performance against industry standards
• Installed and commissioned new test beds.
• Executed DVP certification trials
