· Looking After Supply chain of commodities like Sub Assembled Sheet Metal parts like Knee tilt and Center Tilt Mechanism for Chairs , Laser Cut Sheet Metal Parts and other press shopped part required for fabrication of frames of Chairs . Also Look after SCM of Screws, Hardware Packets for Chairs, PU Molded Armrest and some plastic molded parts required for assembly of chairs

· Works on reducing lead time and cost effectives of products.

· Doing Risk Mitigation of vendor for eliminating potential risk to supply chain

· Working on increasing the per capacity of production of vendor to cater spikes orders .

· Working with Strategic sourcing team on finding ways of cost cutting projects under Sankalp initiative .

· Supporting Strategic sourcing team in developing of new vendor by carrying out trial of samples and providing other help from CFTs .

· Maintaining buffer stock at plant and supplier end with help of digital initiatives like vector flow and Prostream for tackling situations like spike orders and breakdowns at vendor end

· Doing regular vendor visit for learning the various process and understanding their bottlenecks than working on improvement in supply chain

· Working on Quality related issues along with QC team for ensuring Defect less RM to run production line

· Monitoring RM availability at vendors end through vendor flow to avoid any sort of production loss at their end

· Taking regular follow up with Suppliers for arranging Raw material on appropriate time to avoid production losses

· Procurement of NON-RM consumables required for production

Achievement/ Skills Learning

· Increasing per day capacity of PU arm top H117 from 60pcs to 100 pcs by working on cycle time for clear the urgent order and Oxbo Pu Top from 400 to 600 per day

· Provided mechanism and other sub assembled parts having more requirement more than capacity for Urgent Q4 Billing

· Looked after LOB of Mattresses containing procurement of Fabric , springs and other consumables required for mattresses during my trainee ship .

· Implemented QR Code Sticker on Boxes/Bins/trolleys/stands at major suppliers as per requirements of stores

· Achieving the target of Zero pending ITR after two years

· Learning user interface Infor Xi LN for placing PO and and tasks related to purchase
