• Briefed Counsel, Drafted & Filing, Writ Petitions, SLPs, Quashing Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Written Statements, Legal Briefs, Bail Applications, Transfer Petition among others in various matters Constitutional, Civil, NDPS and Criminal Cases including The Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999.

• Conducted research for ongoing matters & Participated in mediation sessions which contributed to a final settlement in a Divorce Case & all other pending litigation due to it.

• Extensively dealt with matters pertaining to Dishonour of Cheque under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 including drafting of complaints as well as replies. Along with all interim applications having worked both for the accused and the complainant respectively.

• Worked on an Inter State Transfer Petition from Kerala to Assam in the case of a convict who was awarded the death sentence.

• Worked on Bail Applications for the main accused in the AgustaWestland Case.

• Worked on matter to get a site declared an “Ancient Monument” as per The Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 to prevent its demolition.

• Witness Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of witnesses for court appearances, including briefing them on procedures and potential questions.

• Conducted Jail visits to both Tihar Jail and Mandoli Women’s Prison to meet and conduct client consultations with accused and under-trial clients.

• Conducting detailed legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and legal precedents to support ongoing cases. Preparing and drafting legal documents such as briefs plaints, written statements, applications, and petitions for submission to the court.

• Assisting in the preparation of cases for hearings, including gathering evidence, preparing briefs, and organizing case files & Meeting with clients to discuss case details, gather information, and provide updates on case status.

• Handling the filing of documents with the court and ensuring compliance with procedural rules.

• Conducting extensive legal research to analyze statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks pertinent to the client's matters. Preparing and drafting legal documents, including petitions, complaints, written statements, replies, among others.

• Ensuring regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and legal developments.
