  • Responsible for the store operation of Seven stores, an area totaling 50,000 sq. ft. In Bangalore & ROK, with a team strength of 200 and managing a financial business turnover of 50 crores.
  • Top-line and bottom-line monitoring, and efficiently improving on both key parameters.
  • Planning and assigning Cluster Business Plan targets for each financial year
  • Driving the team for better internal efficiency and business performances
  • Analyzing sales, manpower planning, sales planning, cost working (P & L), driving SOP's, marketing initiatives at the store level, and inventory control are part of the regular process.
  • Regularly visiting stores and Store Managers on product performance, Sales performance and future plans
