Working with well established Project Management team from Head Office of Adani Transmission Ltd. to implement the following projects

Ongoing Projects:

• Construction of 765/400KV GIS at Khavda, Gujarat
• Construction of 4 Nos 220/132KV AIS, 14 Nos of 132/33KV AIS Substations in Madhya Pradesh

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• End to end monitoring from Kick Off to successful commissioning of Project Elements & Handing Over & Taking Over (HOTO).
• Co-ordination with Cross functional teams like SCM, Engineering, Finance to expedite inputs required.
• Contract administration of contracts awarded to Contractor for execution of works.
• Managing Supplies (Incl. free issue material) in co-ordination with site progress.
• Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 schedules for Management.
• Controlling of Scope & Cost Overrun w.r.t time.
• Evaluation of land required for substations based on construction aspects.
• Active participation in Pre-bid meetings with contractors for better scope clarity to avoid post ordering surprises.
• Preparation of Quarterly Cashflow Projection to Finance for arranging funds.
• Manage Internal & External Audit teams for smooth & uninterrupted auditing.
• Active participation in IT transformation activities. Participation in Business Excellence drives like KAIZEN, 5S Implementation, IMS etc.

• Prepared annual budgets with controls to prevent overages.
• Managing Supplies (Incl. free issue material) in co-ordination with site progress
• Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 schedules for Management.
