Current Job Description

  • 1. Achieve CV & CE New, Used and BT Vehicle Business disbursement targets under various lines of businesses New and Used vehicle funding, Balance Transfer Loan on Internal and External Financed vehicles & Refinance of refurbished vehicles.
  • 2. Team Management – Working with team for highly productive BDMs with required direction, Monitoring and supervising based at various location for achieving minimum productivity levels.
  • 3. Appoint & Manage Channel partners as per the policy & process of the organization – DSA/ DDSAs / Dealers in the market for business.
  • 4. Working / Preparing various reports MIS & PPT related to Sales / Collection business.
  • 5. Work closely / Effective Coordination with various stake holders like Strategy & MIS team, Credit Team, Operations Team etc
  • 6. Maintaining TAT sheet for Sales and Credit with case status.
  • 7. Achieve desired level of Business and IRR.
  • 8. Collection of Post disbursement documents (PDD) as per the timelines of the policy.
  • 9. Maintain quality of the portfolio by maintaining timely repayments of EMIs by customers for the first 12 months – in other words, keep non-starter contracts well within the budgeted numbers.
  • 10. Conduct sales promotional activities with channel partners to generate business.
  • 11. Working as multi-task & manage multiple work and projects simultaneously.
  • 12. Achieving Monthly Target Budget vs Actual performance.
  • 13. Working as fast learner, innovative and open for newer concepts/ideas/technologies.

Additional Information

I wanted to share some additional information about myself.

I have been a resident of Mumbai since birth and currently live in the heart of the city at Kurla. My native place is the Konkan region of Maharashtra.

My father has retired from the Sales Tax Office, where he served as a Senior Personal Assistant to the Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax in Mazgaon, Mumbai. My mother, originally from Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), is a dedicated housewife.

I am married and blessed with three boys, and we all live together with my parents.
