• Compliance Tool Onboarding: Onboarded over 20 strategic vendors (e.g., Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, Broadcom) into the USU/SmartTrack tool, establishing a fully automated and reliable compliance view for the portfolio.
• Enhanced the internal cost recovery (billing) process by leading the Billing Modernization project, which streamlined workflows and resolved longstanding issues related to inventory-based publishers, resulting in improved accuracy and efficiency in billing operations.

• Evaluate vendors on various parameters, such as financial outlook and overall business reputation, which would help HSB North America select the final vendor based on the associated risk and finalize contracts with vendors.

• Maintaining the Ariba Database Repository – creation of supplier IDs and uploading of contacts, purchasing project tracking log (PPTL), and creating the Ariba Contract Workbench.
