  • Revenue (Postpaid/Prepaid Churn): - To ensure the minimum churn from High Value Churn / Sub Base/Data customers as per the industry norms towards Revenue generated.
  • EBIDTA Acquisition process Management (Prepaid/Postpaid): - To ensure proper Login Acceptance in prepaid/postpaid, Verification, Installation & Repairs, Storage of CAF's, Stock Reconciliation &CAF pickups and activation of all the accounts within TAT – 4 to 8Hrs which best among all the operators.
  • Customer Satisfaction:- To deliver best services to our postpaid/prepaid to retain customers in system managing call center, Retail outlet where all customers visit manage all complains with in SLA and gives resolution at a time responsibility of Audit of Receipt Books, Maintaining Tracker, Maintaining Sufficient Inventory, Banking of Daily Collection.
  • Channel Management: -Responsibility to motivate the team members of Channels , Minimize Employee Turnover, Identifying Training needs, Grievance Settlement, Timely Closure of Escalated issues, Responsibility of Audit of Receipt Books, Maintaining Tracker, Maintaining Sufficient Inventory, Timely banking of Daily Collection.
  • EBIDATA Debt / Net Billing: Responsibility to achieve collection and ensuring minimum Bad debt from zone to make organization profitable
  • EBIDTA Collections / Net Billing: - To ensure 100% billed amount from all customer billed in Zone and minimum flow in Bad Debt to make organization profitable to ensure proper bill delivery and returns management, banking of collection amount reconciliation of RT books and maintaining Cost of collection
