GST implementation phase - Assisted in preparing tax documents for client, which includes understanding the overall characteristics of various products of the client for determining its taxability positions in accordance with the all the relevant GST Acts.

Post GST implementation

• Assisted in GST Compliances, GST Annual returns and Audit, GST Notices and advisory related queries of the client.
• Review and reconciliation of the data for GST returns & assisted in filing of GST returns every month and finalizing the Quarterly reports for the same.
• In depth Analysis and reconciliation of Input Tax Credit with GSTR-2A and Invoices and highlighting any discrepancies in relation to the same.
• Preparing the GSTR – 9 and GSTR – 9C and assisted in reconciling the GST returns with Financials within strict deadlines, which involves various roles and responsibilities.
• Preparation of submissions for notices issued by GST authorities within stringent timelines and analyzing the data filed in GST return and preparing workings for the same.
• Assisted seniors in research on various client related queries/advisory related e-mails (e.g. Assisting in applicability of delivery challan or e-way bill to various scenarios, etc.)

Value Added Tax (‘VAT’):

• As a part VAT and CST compliances, client has to obtain and undertake verification of declarations and other documentations.
• In this regard, I had provided assistance in relation to following:
• Assistance in collating the information and the documentation with respect to outward supplies;
• Assistance in verification of the documentations and declarations under MVAT and CST law.
