Working in the Ads product team to enhance the non-endemic ads and bringing additional revenue for Off-app ads as well as getting critical insights about the current product.

• Created and delivered 3 products for alerting on metrics which went into the Sundial product. These could identify trend patterns, both long term and short term as well as anomalous values at a daily level

• Supervised release of new revamped credit card bill payments product and identified major bugs leading to a smooth product rollout. Led to increase Increased verification funnel by 10% as well as 30% increment in payment metrics. Worked with Data Science team on cashback reduction model to reduce cost of customer retention on product from ₹45 to ₹25 in 8 months without any decrease in customer retention by identifying key customer attributes for reducing cashback.
• Performed analysis for customer journey for first 30 days after onboarding platform and identifying key levers to move M1 retention by 10 %.
• Created format for Weekly Business Reviews for the Org and ran it till my exit. Lead to a healthy discuss and awareness among stakeholders regarding business metrics.

• Supervised rollout of multiple app releases including first major app release for the org. Gave recommendations on the signups flow leading to 25% increase in sign-up to 1st order funnel.
• Helped design and execute a growth campaign increasing number of customers moving to 5 grocery orders by 50%
• Detected a bug in offers system leading to detection of customer abuse worth ₹ 70 lacs.
  

• Built the dashboard for Fortune 5 retailer to track key customer metrics across all channels with multiple resolutions for key business stakeholders in the org.
• Built a customer segmentation model for the retailer to streamline their marketing efforts throughout the year
