Hematology
Automated performance of CBC,manual DLC,platelets ,MP slides ,Retic slides ,ESR ,manual counting of cells on hemocytometer of body fluids ,performed semi auto and fully auto for PTI and APTTK,Fibrinogen ,D-dimer,qualitative analysis of G6PD.

Cytology
Processing of different body fluids like pleural fluid, peritoneal fluid, Ascitic fluid, CSF including their physical, chemical examination. Expert in making and Processing PAP, FNAC and bone marrow slides

Clinical pathology
Processing of urine and stool samples .Performed various manual chemical test like Benedict,Rothras method,protein by sulfosalicylic acid, fouchet's test ,lugol iodine for stool ova and parasite.

Biochemistry
Skilled at performing various general biochemistry and hormonal sample both on semi automated and fully automated analyzer .Expert in performing quality control ,EQAS and ILC samples and maintenance of instruments.
Microbiology
Performed and prepared various cultures of blood, urine and different body fluids .Expert in making various culture plates and media vials.

Serology
