• Coordinate with Logistic and courier partners to reduce issue with merchant.
• Preparing reports on the life cycle of the order to maintain a track of the orders under processing.
• Monitoring daily non delivery shipment and coordinate with LSP for delivery.
• Ensure key performance matrix established by customers are consistently monitored and maintained
• Maintain documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities.
• Arranging Reverse pickup from different service providers according to their serviceable location.

• Planning the extra dispatches well in advance during festival / peal seasons by creating manual stock transport orders.
• Monitoring inventory maintenance, daily base working on negative & stock correction.
• Generating Daily Activity Report, recording total movement of materials during the day in warehouse.
