- Responsible for new business expansion through enterprise sales in the area of Permanent, Contract and C2H Professional staffing in IT and Non-IT Industry.
- Managing entire sales cycle i.e. lead generation, prospecting, sales presentation & proposal submission, negotiation & closure to agreement sign up.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with clients in Pan India thereby ensuring continuous business opportunities.
- Responsible for complete sales & account management cycle therefore promoting overall business growth and market share for the organization.
