• CRM -Next (Customer Relationship Management) is a web based core banking application from HDFC bank. Currently involved in cross sell and up sell all the banking products, Customer Management, Core Banking, Wealth management & Portfolio Assessment NBA(Next Best Asset)product base results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Modules handled: Fulfilling the revenue generation by the cross sell and up sell all the Asset & Liability products , HDFC bank online banking and Mobile application.
• Handling complaints and operations and complete sales with the portfolio management using Tableau analysis (End user).

• Handling complaints and operations and complete sales with the portfolio management.

• Axis BANK – Burgundy cards ,Worked as a process associate and up sell & cross sell experience on the card upgrades for the different card variants only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Modules handled: Axis BANK – Burgundy cards
• Card variant from the existing to the upgrade version. Duly performed the daily calls with the client for the card routing.
• Banking sales with credit cards as well as operations/ complaints .
