  • Hold the control of the facilities / Opex and Capex Budgets, including agreeing / framing initial budget, producing monthly forecasts with justifications for expenditure, and strategizing savings, without impacting service levels
  • End to end management of setting up new facilities such as offices - ensuring Orient Electric’s Business Continuity program and working closely with senior management and staff; corporate employee seating capacity 350, approx. area 40,000 sq. ft. Coordination with Architect and PMC for finalization of BOQ. Handling the Branch inauguration task in better and organized way.
  • Closely Monitor the renewal of Branch Lease deed, Identification of New Branch Premises by doing coordination and negotiation with Landlord and Broker involved close the New Branch location at Delhi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Indore, Raipur, Chennai, Cochin, Patna, Lucknow and Ranchi, Finalization of Branch Layout Preparing Approval note to senior management.
  • Identify CO Working centers on requirement basis on Pan India Basis.
  • HK and security agency finalization on Pan India Basis (Branch, Depot and Factory Locations) and review agency performance as per company SOP.
  • Handle the project work of new corporate office Liaoning with local MCD, landlord, PMC agency, GC contractor, Project engineer and looking after the timely payments of various vendors involved. (Project costs more than 5 Crore)
