Job Responsibilities:

• Inspection of materials at the vendors place before the dispatch of materials to site.
• Material inspection after receipt at site.
• Following and updating the site checklist
• Checking of WMS and JSA for the job activity and getting it cleared from the safety manager.
• Conducting meeting with the vendor and updating the same to the client.
• Preparation of MOM and circulating the same to the vendors and the client.
• Progress billing, verification & reconciliation of interim payment certificates, variation review from the original BOQ,
• Change order management and claim for extra work done.
• Planning and scheduling the site activities with the vendor on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Quality inspection of the work at site.
• Co-ordination with the vendor representative for the proper planning of the daily activities.
• Re-scheduling of the activities depending on the priority of the client.

• Managing subcontractors and expediting the progress in compliance to the project specific requirements
