Overall thirteen years of rich experience in the telecom & fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in Bihar & Jharkhand. I am a passionate and results-oriented sales and distribution leader. My mission is to deliver exceptional growth to an organization to a new height, drive channel expansion, and optimize sales performance in the highly competitive and dynamic telecom & FMCG market. I work as a Territory Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited, Assistant Manager at Reliance Jio Infocomm limited one of the leading telecommunications companies in India.

In my current role I handled a team of 110 direct employee, I manage, train, and guide the Urban Promoter of an assigned territory, ensuring that they achieve their monthly target & ensure to give the required sales support and resources from the cross-functional teams at the zonal and circle levels. I also monitor and analyze the daily reports and key performance indicators of the Promoter, and identify areas of improvement, deviations, and issues. I leverage my skills in telecom, sales and distribution and team productivity to achieve the targets and organization objectives of Bharti Airtel. I have successfully driven acquisition and revenue growth, operationalized Jio points, maintained hygiene and governance, and evaluated and trained the team and channel partners.   • Responsible for strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the SIM & Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory. Ensure existing customers are adequately serviced.
