- Onboard the customer and customer's business by performing KYC and KYB with CDD, EDD, AML (Screening/Transaction monitoring), and more checks like ID Validation, Credit check, Company watch, Visa check, etc.
- Make sure customer and business are not involved in any AML, fraudulent activity, and validation risk.
- Document the customer requirements and update the KYC & KYB screening check in a tool.
- After completing all KYC and KYB checks, the merchant is onboarded.
Project 2 – Merchant Maintenance/Retention: Acquiring Bank process for a UK client, where the existing merchants' transaction details, such as re-contracting the merchant's agreements and upgrading or degrading terminals, and changes in card pricing are done.
