Ensure proper upkeep of branch premises and assets including safety and security.
Customer complains management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT.
Proficient in Branch Banking services, Ensuring timely processing of transactions and tracking suspicious transactions.
Performing due diligence for prevention of any fraud/risk involved in various transactions..
