Public Administration Reviewer: (August 2024- September 2024)

• VisionIAS conducted Abhyaas Mains 2024 in multiple cities in India for Public Administration Optionals. I was involved in reviewing the tests.

Senior Mentor and Educator: (October 2021- May 2024)

• The position involves mentoring students from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Discussing topics and questions related to exams: both prelims and mains.

Batch Coordinator (June 2020- October 2021)

• The role involved coordinating batches of students enrolled in various programs at the institution.
• Creating detailed synopsis of the classes held, preparation of questions both subjective and objective for the students.
• The coordinator was also assigned to test new initiatives and provide critical feedback.

Content Expert (August 2018- June 2020)

• The role required domain experts in various papers in Civil Services Exam.
• Developing different content for competitive exams.
• It involved a more profound research and evaluation process.

I had taken a break for my PhD fieldwork and while compiling my notes and materials for the same, I got an opportunity to be part of the Delhi University Kalindi College- Political Science Department NCWEB UG Centre. I had taken classes for two semesters(first and third) as per the latest syllabus of DU covering the New Education Policy (NEP) pattern.

The third-semester major paper for BA paper DSC (Discipline Specific Core) was titled, 'Theory & Practice of Democracy'; the first semester SEC (Skill Enhancement Course ) paper was titled 'Political Leadership & Communication.' Along with these classes, I was also assigned invigilation duty for the DU exams that were scheduled in December-January in the college.

These papers were largely related to the Public Administration discipline and provided an opportunity for me to study the topics again and update related topics.

Engaged in research initiatives integral to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeiTY) and led by Prof Charru Malhotra, I collaborated as a dedicated team member on projects focused on e-governance advancements and the District Good Governance Index (DGGI) of Uttar Pradesh. As a part of the e-Governance team, I also worked on AI policies, Gati Shakti, Cyber security, Digital policies among others.

Worked as a Teaching Associate in Public Administration department at LBSNAA. It involved coordinating the Public Administration sessions and Case Studies.

This was my first teaching experience in a college at Delhi University. I handled 'Introduction to International Relations' paper for 4th Semester students. The students were dedicated and hard-working, and I have tried to show justice to the opportunity provided to me.
I was also part of the College Events team. The rapporteur work was assigned to me during the events.

There have been various reports that the employability of the youth in India is relatively on the weaker side. Therefore, the Government of India and the States devised various policies to address this issue to reap the demographic dividend. The Skill Development Mission was such an initiative. The role of the Skill Development Executive requires:

• Apart from their conventional classes, imparting job-readiness skills to students to enhance their employability levels.
• It is a demand-based and industry-led skill training program in which various soft skills, computer skills, and vocational skills are imparted to the students.
• Quality skills are provided to improve the employability of the students.

Project Engineer ( April 2012-June 2013)

• Independently handled large projects involving luxury villas and multi-storey buildings.
• Maintaining communication with industrial equipment installers to deliver technical support throughout project execution.
• Evaluated change order requests in response to out-of-scope work activities.
• Reviewed progress controls for project quality assurance.
• Delivered regular compliance reports to drive process improvement and corrective measures.
• Notable works-Setting up of an independent Medical unit in the American Embassy, Construction of four-storey building.
• The plan designing software was AutoCAD, and the project management software used was Primavera. Hence familiar with both the software.
• Trained junior engineers in workstation design and material handling.
• Planned and managed engineering projects and continuous improvement programs to reduce labour and costs.
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget, and meeting project deadlines.

Junior Project Engineer (March 2011- April 2012)

• Handled smaller villa projects from conception to completion.
• Assisted with cost proposal development and customer presentations.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Team coordination for timely completion of projects and reporting delays and reasons for the same.
• Recommended process improvements to reduce unnecessary waste.
• Identified technical risks within managed projects.

Site Engineer(December 2010- March 2011)

• Involved in designing and supervising electrical and technical works in the construction industry. The designing software was AutoCAD.
• Discussing with Senior Engineers and clients to understand the requirements and feasibility of electrical works required.
• Received Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) license to practice Electrical works in the country.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
