Key Responsibilities:

· Establish SOPs, process controls, recommend revisions and ensure alignment with business goals

· Build and scale system-level solutions that have metric impact; drive adoption of solutions across teams

· Perform data analysis on trends observed and recommend solutions to the product and business teams

· Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders across the globe to deliver on key business goals and objectives by driving consensus and building trust

· Perform high level failure (error) investigations which may be either operational or business specific in nature

· Establishes key reporting/MIS for functional area & write strong, well-structured and detail oriented reports in a clear, concise and audience-specific format

· Drives continuous improvement and contribute to COE (Correction of Error) process by documenting any issues/RCAs/action planning in functional area and own specific action or change

· Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs ‘root cause analysis,’ and identifies constraints to recommend a solution

· Interacts with multiple stakeholders to communicate on operations and represents data/metrics information and project reviews

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrating Whole Foods content to the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates, working with Business Teams across the world.
• Correcting and enhancing existing content of products that have high visibility on the Amazon website but show poor content.
• Working with Whole Foods team to gather requirements and help to build processes to increase Catalog efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and post-edit product descriptions, technical specifications and more.

· Perform QA on automatic translation workflows, based on industry standards and other internal-specific metrics.

· Work with localization POCs to define and streamline processes upstream and drive best practices.

• The Seller Support Associate demonstrates end to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to sellers.
• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
• Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
