• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interview and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
• Part of the recruitment team, assisting in screening and facilitating interviews for companies like Capgemini, Atos, Accenture, and Wipro
• Assisted Team leader in generating and updating reports for possible candidates and on the progress and stages of the recruitment drive
• Assisted recruiters and executives in scheduling appointments, meetings and interviews via email and telephone communication
