• Taking care of 0-23 bucket collection of dealer driven business.
• Monitoring Outsourced employees to achieve their targets in their assigned job.
• To restrict the delinquency risk at bucket 0 by achieving set goals
• To reduce over due by collecting more than the maturity amount at 1-4 bucket in every month.
• To maintain the portfolio of 5-10 bucket so that NPA risk is minimized.
• To reduce NPA provisioning at 11-23 bucket.

• Taking Care of collections for auto loan write off portfolio of entire Assam
• Managing the agencies at their various field of work. Taking care of customer’s grievances and complains.
• Organizing auction for the repossessed vehicle of the specified product.
• Monitoring the portfolio movement and recent bounces allocated at Bucket 0.
• Looking after payment of vendor bills
• Handling the repossession of the vehicles

· Collection of over due at higher bucket (ranging from 5 and above) individually at certain region.

· Handling the repossession in lower Assam Region

· Looking after the collections of all the other branches under Guwahati Regional Office.

· Taking care of 1-4 bucket through Out-Sourced Employee.

· Putting special focus required against NPA contracts
