- Planning: Complete planning of pipeline network area-wise as per the year target for achieving LMC and pipeline laying network, including cost estimation, materials, storage, liaisoning, permissions, manpower, TPI/PMC, contractor, and other resources. Cost estimation for the material, manpower, and tenders for the CGD pipeline infrastructure.
- Project management: Daily and weekly site visits, ensuring availability and progress of work at site with respect to contractors, TPI, and PMC staff. Daily meeting on the project targets and technical support for pipeline work. Ensuring the implementation of statutory and non-statutory compliances in the project. Implementation of PNGRB norms and other statutory requirements of CGD. Preparing standard formats and implementing them as per the site requirements. Managing contractors and teams associated with CGD projects in construction activity. Implementing standard procedures for the smooth running of steel pipeline projects. Internal, stage-wise reviewing of projects. Performance evaluation of project contractors and manpower TPI/PMC, and submit to management.
- Laying and Site Activities: Appointed as a site-in-charge of the laying activity of the Steel pipeline Project, along with the MDPE network in Gorakhpur GA. Lead and successfully completed laying, hydro-test, commissioning, CP, final reco, and final handover of the 54KM of steel along with MDPE network.
