• Leading a team of five, effectively managing daily tasks, ensuring timely delivery of drawings with minimal errors.

• Conducting regular client consultations to identify functional and spatial project requirements, developing comprehensive strategies for design deliverables, and defining design milestones for each project phase.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including MEP engineers, traffic consultants, interior designers, and green consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.

Located within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, CSMT serves as a vital railway hub for both suburban and cross-country trains. It is surrounded by notable landmarks, including the 19th-century Crawford Market, the 1913 General Post Office, Azad Maidan sports ground, and the Mumbai Port Trust, which runs parallel to CSMT.

The project is broadly divided into two primary zones: the South Heritage Node (Suburban Side) and the PD’Mello Side (LD Node). CSMT encompasses five major buildings with a total built-up area of approximately 200,000 square meters.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participated from the conceptual stage of the project, collaborating with the team leader to advance architectural goals and design concepts.
• Coordinated with various stakeholders to develop and prepare architectural construction drawings for each project phase.
• Created presentations, graphic renderings, and models utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
• Contributed to interior design for key areas of the project and coordinated with vendors to develop Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for masterplannig , detailed designdevelopment and co-ordination of various Residential development ranging from 25 acres to 120 acres.
• Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of the project development.
• Researched building codes and requirements and applied to design planning.
• Communicated with vendors and contractors for better and efficient design.
• Reviewed and checked technical drawings by architectural technicians, CAD technicians and drafters.
• Coordinated with team leader to promote architectural goals and design concepts.
• Met with municipal building department and other governing agency officials to coordinate approvals.

• Designed custom furniture adapted to floor plans, working closely with multiple furniture vendors.
