• Developed Full Stack Projects in collaboration with team of 2 to automate billing for International B2C clients, including creation and planning of new Rate Card Service.
• Implemented financial locks in billing services to prevent revenue loss and enhance scam detection capabilities.
• Successfully developed new business legs, leading to improve overall profit in revenue.
• Set up new ECS - EC2 pipelines, analysed and updated resource metrics to optimise services, and created new Kafka Consumers for processing B2C Packages in billing tools, including final deductions for client billing.

Billing for Domestic Supply Chain:

• Created Spark Drools application for domestic client billing, reducing computation time from 14 hours to 1.5 hours on Databricks while optimising resources.

HRMS for Off-roll Employees:

• Developed new Background Verification Flow for off-roll employees, reducing extra monthly revenue spent by old flow (PAN India).
• Led integration of OpenTelemetry in all HRMS projects for monitoring app metrics and traces.
• Optimisation of existing services, fixed bugs and issues, and provided technical support for operations.
• Coordinated with other engineers to evaluate and improve software and hardware interfaces.
• Delivered unit-tested systems within customer-prescribed time-frames.
