Together with the Store Manager, is responsible for the team achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability. Must achieve the KPI’s: UPT, ATV & Conversion. Accountable for windows and shop floor commerciality and adhering to VM guidelines and standards.
Assisting the Store Manager in recruiting and developing a high performing team. Must support through training and the development path instructed by higher management. Responsible for active succession planning to ensure career progress and to retain successful staff
Helping the Store Manager controlling operating costs within the stores budget and manage store profit plans by focusing on store sales and margin contribution.
Responsible for the store having the highest levels of standards around presentation, cleanliness and staff appearance. Must ensure the Health and Safety regulations are being met within the store.
Attending regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure knowledge is up to date and filtered to team.
Must ensure all measures are being taken around loss prevention to protect profit and stock.
To lead on sales and service culture in store by achieving personal and store targets in terms of UPT, Conversion, ATV, Data Capture, Personal Sales.
To assist the store manager with Training & Development and the Recruitment & Selection process. Train, motivate and develop the team to optimise store performance to reflect the brand qualities.
Ensure all staff have excellent KPI results and are regularly trained taking appropriate action to address performance issues where necessary.
