Tableau Dashboard for tracking HCP and Account Performance
- Built an interactive dashboard for Physician profile by adding KPIs to create an overarching profiling summary for all the physicians and their accounts, dosing schedules of patients, patient claims, adoption rate of newly launched drugs, switch dynamics, etc. for the end users.
- Developed a comprehensive project plan that outlined the timeline, facilitated team meetings and provided regular updates to stakeholders, resulting in improved communication and collaboration.
- Moving this manual process to an automated dashboard has reduced the run time from 2 days to ~3 hours and improved the team efficiency by 85%.
Brand Performance Reports and Data Migration
- Creating brand performance reports at the Account, Ecosystem, and Site level which included KPIs like sales, market share, and growth at different time intervals for different brands across different Therapeutic areas
- Worked on data migration project where the codes were migrated from Power BI to Redshift
