Fulfillment Gateway

Fulfillment Gateway (FG) is a key component in Order Management subsystem responsible for choreographing fulfillment events for all type of orders from all routes-to-market (RTM).
It has 40 internal clients in Adobe.

• Designed Fulfillment Gateway as an Asynchronous Event Driven System, using patterns such as Event Sourcing and CQRS.
• Contributed to system design discussions and decision making.
• Analyzing requirements and providing technical specifications for the platform and various requirements.
• Collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.
• Implemented re-usable libraries which is used across multiple teams and projects to boost productivity and quality.
• Resolved multiple complex technical issues through outstanding analytical and debugging skills.
• Designed and implemented self service capabilities to enable clients to troubleshoot and test through FRIEND UI.
• Provided Self-Service Analytics and Dashboards for improving the operational efficiency thorough Reporting Service.
• Mentoring & guiding team mates, code Reviews and sessions for improving the code quality.
• Documentation of the platform and protocol to external teams.
• Designed and implemented a generic reusable observability platform for providing self service capabilities for various clients.

Adobe ColdFusion
ColdFusion is a rapid application development platform for building modem web applications. It is compatible with most J2EE servers. One can use user friendly CFML to write programs. It provides out of the box features like, database integration, PDF functionalities and MS Exchange Access.
While working with ColdFusion team, I primarily worked on the following features:

• Axis 2 Web service integration in ColdFusion
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 support using Exchange Web Services replacing WebDAV.
• Implemented RESTful web services using JSR 311 spec as base. Used Jersey for dynamically creating endpoints.
• ColdFusion Mobile Application Framework for translating synchronous CFML code to equivalent JavaScript code. Mainly worked on Device Detection, CSS Media Queries, CF custom tags and cfinclude declarations.
• ColdFusion API Manager - researched, designed and architected the entire solution. Also worked on API Manager monitoring and SOAP to REST implementation. Worked on API manager load testing and performance improvement.
  

iSAP (Integrated Service Application Platform)

iSAP is a J2EE compliant Telecom application server used by some of the leading telecom services providers in the world. I have worked on the following modules of ISAP:

• Developed SMPP, WAPPush and MM7 protocols with the specification compliance in the iSAP Protocol Stack.
• Improved the performance, reliability, and memory-leak aspects of MM7 protocol implementation using Optimizelt and Custom tools.
• Worked on Timer Facility, Alarm, Threadpool, Log, Web Container modules in iSAP Core Platform
• Worked on the iSAP installer using izpack.
• Implemented iSAP Service Data Objects for simplifying data programming from heterogeneous data sources.
• Worked as a core member in OSGifying iSAP server using Eclipse Equinox. Also worked on the bridge classloader for dynamically load iSAP or web applications.
