BT – DHL Billing operation team will prepare and upload various 29 countries feeds, which include LAN/WAN, Fixed voice, Wi-Fi products, and SMS into DHL billing area. The feed includes customer details, asset details, exchange rate details, reference data/lookup details, and CDR-related details. The file watcher process runs every 15 mins once at DHL billing end and looks into the landing folder for new data arriving to process. After picking the files it will convert the files into .csv then formatted into edm format and DHL core billing unit will process (Pricing / Rating and Invoice generation) the data and send the invoices to the BT DHL customers through email and physical copy.

Responsibilities

• Have implemented and maintained the automation for reducing the errors in DHL Billing reports and deployments teams (Jenkins for testing , deployment Go-CD, Kibana elastic search tools), reducing manual efforts and increasing productivity.
• Participated in and prepared the artifacts for KPMG security audits for the entire app, oversaw any security vulnerabilities, and led the vulnerability compliance.
