I have been an educator for more than 15 years. My work experience as a Research associate required me to scaffold teachers and do predictive assessment for the School Management. It required me to analyse and bridge the learning gaps at different grade levels by redesigning the curriculum and customizing the content appropriately. During the course of my educational journey, I have interacted closely with students, parents, School management and community. Relationship linking all these stakeholders are vital to the success of any school. I have been privileged to have worked with the CBSE and co-authored the Experiential learning manual for CBSE. This is a guide to help learners construct their own knowledge and comprehend the concepts themselves.
