• Handling project management for 5 different projects in an account reporting to SDM (Service Delivery Manager) end to end
• Handling revenue recognition in the process of billing for 5 different projects in the account which include Revenue Transfer, Fixed Billing (Managed Services), device based and Time & Material Billing every month within the timelines without revenue loss or leakage.
• Timely generation of invoices for the billing done every month both for Managed Services projects and Time & Material projects and providing it to the Central Revenue Tracking team and customer for the revenue tracking.
• Onboarding, Transfer and Rotation of resources and off boarding.
• Conducting project induction for the employees on the Do’s and Don’ts in the project, escalation matrix in the project, introduction to the project etc.
• Driving compliance trainings for closure
• Client Visit handling
• Seat Management, Asset management, Resource management in areas of profit improvement for project.
• Third party vendor management in procuring services, licenses etc.
