Working as Operation Officer :

• Overseeing entire operation activity Bulk & Packed LPG (bottling operation).
• Responsible for planning and dispatch of NDM & DOM bulk LPG through packed and tankers and monitoring RTKM.
• Running Maintenance of Asia's largest Electronic Carousel (72 Head Flex Speed carousel), on line downstream equipment's & Chain conveyor system.
• Preparation of daily report, MIS report, and production report for monthly billing.
• Controlling the HPCL SAP system (JD Edwards) to manage total planning and operations in accordance with HPCL standards.
• Inventory Management, Reconciliation & maintaining the sufficient inventory, also coordination with Procurement / Venders for replenishment supplies.
• Participating & conducting various sales meeting and handling of stakeholder and transporters issue.
• Handling and issuing permits through the online HPCL Work Permit System.

Working as Electrical Engineer :

• Attend AMC services for the Kosan filling machine and equipment's for our client OMCs in india.
• Performing periodic maintenance and testing on electrical panels, transformers, DG and DP structures, VFDs, conveyor motors, LPG pumps and compressors, fire engines, HM and upstream and downstream equipment.
• To prepare a Preventive Maintenance schedule and arrange AMC service for all electrical equipment, aiming to save time, reduce costs, and maintain efficient and productive operations.

Worked as Project Engineer :

• Work experience in 11KV/0.415KV substation.
• PMCC, MCC, PLC, VFD Panel Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
• Installation, Testing and earthing 11KV/0.415KV step Down Transformer, 11KV Double Pole Structure.
• Experience in HT, LT Cable Laying with Various type of routine test.
• Installation, commissioning & maintenance of 750 KVA & 380 KVA DG Sets.
• Installed, tested and maintained a variety of electrical equipment including motors, compressor, Fire engine, Capacitor bank, High Mast, Lighting Poles and entire process area lighting system.
• Monitored project progress against established timelines in order to ensure timely completion.
• Creating detailed Electrical System Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematics.
