ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (P2P Team)

  • On the day we start receiving allocations, we receive fresh invoices and post them to the team after a 2-way match.
  • If the verifying team is unable to process invoices, then the IP team processes invoices with the help of a 3-way match (PO, Invoice, and GRN).
  • During the invoice processing, we check multiple checkpoints (Invoice Number, Invoice data, Due date, identify duplicate invoices, PO).
  • In the last payment, the AP team will process the payment on it.

IT Asset Management Procurement

  • Working with the IT Assets Management Team, proficient with the ServiceNow tool and SAP Ariba.
  • We procure the hardware (assets/accessories) and software for the end users as per their requirements.
  • Provide assistance for approving the PR through email, Teams, and a call in order to generate a PO.
  • Provide the tracking information of the order once it has been shipped to the user. Keep the vendor informed once the order has been delivered.
  • Review the item and delivery if the vendor is needed.
  • Expert with computer hardware and software knowledge.
  • Provide the license key to the user if needed, and assign the request to the concerned team if the user is facing challenges in activating the license key.
