- EUDR Platform for Coffee & Rubber:
Enabled compliance across 500,000+ hectares of farmland and onboarded 250,000+ farmers and processed 50+ million tons of EUDR compliant deforestation free coffee & rubber through TRST01Chain. - GDPR & ISO Certification Projects: Successfully led Data Protection certification initiatives, ensuring TRST01’s platform met global data protection and security standards – a critical requirement for international scalability.
- Client & Government Partnerships: Enabled adoption of traceability solutions by coffee exporters, tyre manufacturers, and rubber producers; issued Traceability Certificates & Due Diligence Statements (DDS) to exporters for EU compliance. Partnered with Rubber Board of India, Karnataka Coffee Planters Associations, Govt. of Telangana, PDS (Govt. of Odisha), and Telangana State Agricultural University, validating TRST01 as a government-recognized compliance partner.
- Thought Leadership: Authored business articles, market research reports, and investor decks, positioning TRST01 as a thought leader in blockchain-enabled ESG compliance.
- Multi Disciplinary Roles : Took ownership of various verticals and roles (HR, operations, business analysis, delivery leadership) during the formative phase, eventually leading delivery strategy as Delivery Head.
