Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new client, specifically IT Companies & Capital Intensive Companies through direct sourcing and other cross vertical channels.
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Pricing Structure – Structuring various lease solutions depending on the clientʼs requirements factoring all the combinations of COF, NIM, SD, RV, Economic Life of assets, NPV etc.
  • Collaboration with IT vendors and suppliers to source high-quality leads.
  • Managing a team of AM and CPA who are responsible for back-end processes.
  • Case Login & CAM Preparation for pitching new cases in the system.
  • Collaborating with internal Credit & Risk Team for pitching new cases in the system for faster Sanctioning of case and also managing to resolve pre-sanction credit queries.
  • Lease Agreement Negotiations - This step involves discussion with Legal Heads of clients and understanding their requirements which needs to be incorporated in the Lease Agreement.
  • Managing client file login Pre & Post Sanction in line with organization policies. Engaging with internal Credit Administration (CAD) and Operations Team for smooth on-boarding of new clients in system.
  • Coordination with internal departments, such as finance, and operations, to ensure smooth releasing of Purchase Orders, Disbursements, LCs etc.
  • Dealing with Supplier & OEMs for documentation & smooth disbursement.
  • Driving cross-sell initiatives - Closing Insurance of Leased Assets and Wealth Products of Tata AIG & Tata Capital Asset Management which adds to the bottom line of the organization.
  • Contract management and administration - Overlooking the entire geography for regular servicing of all accounts like - Collection of Lease Rentals, TDS Reconciliation, GST Input Reconciliation, Capitalisation, Deferral Closures etc.
  • Negotiating with the clients for End-Of-Lease transactions and ensuring to generate maximum revenue.
  • Developing external Channels like DSA and engaging with cross verticals to source quality Leads.
  • Train and mentor new leasing team members and cross product teams for having a better understanding of Leasing product which results in higher cross-sell deals which in turn helps in Book Growth.
