• I am a part of the Customer Engagement and Insights team, responsible for a wide variety of Customer Centric Initiatives - mainly Campaigns called NBCs (Next Best Conversations)
• Closely working with the Product, Marketing, Channel and Delivery teams as a part of NBC executions
• Involved in the process end to end, starting from Idea and requirement gathering to the delivery and tracking outcomes
• Also working on NBC performance reporting, that is analyzing NBC performance, and coming up with performance improvement suggestions

UI/UX lead for a Retail Inventory Visibility project :

• Lead and executed development of seven Power BI dashboards based on client's functional and data requirements
• Utilized advanced querying in Google Big Query to analyze and process complex data sets
• Interacted on day to day basis with various stakeholders like functional , design , Data engineering and testing teams to ensure seamless delivery

Visualization Expert for a Market Mix Modelling Project :

• Lead designing, development and execution of data modelling and visualization of MMM Industrialization project
• Collaborated with internal stakeholders, identifying and gathering analytical requirements for customer, product and projects needs and developed an application which enabled them to make financial decisions based on Channel performance.
• Designed and automated marketing report tools and dashboards based on key performance indicators for Channel Performance, leading to increased transparency and sales performance

• Enterprise Level Data Modelling: Developed architecture and resultant robust and efficient data model for Enterprise level data for a US based pharmaceutical company. Created Qlik Sense reports on requirement basis from created data model
• Weekly refresh basis Dashboard for Covid-19 Trends Analysis: Developed a Tableau dashboard for analyzing world-wide trends observed in Covid patients for years 2020-2021.
• Engagement with Sales Force team : Developed Tableau dashboards including Story board for Expense data of Salesforce executives. Enabled user deep diving across various geographical levels.
