Roles And Responsibilities

  • Providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest grievances and capture their feedbacks to ensure that the guests are satisfied with the services of the hotel.
  • Coordinates with housekeeping and room service for allotment of rooms (as per guest preferences), amenities and room clearance.
  • Ensuring that the check-in and check-out are smoothly handled.
  • Handling of Groups (Conferences, weddings, etc.).
  • Supervising and Training subordinates.
  • Ensure maximum room revenue through up selling.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and documentation as per statutory & organizational requirements.
  • Night Audit and Reservations.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.
  • Taking care of Banquet & Rooms Sales.
  • Getting potential Customers for new sales Business.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreements and closing sales.
  • Gathering Market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends.
  • Involved with identifying new markets and Business opportunities.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
