Roles And Responsibilities
Providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle guest grievances and capture their feedbacks to ensure that the guests are satisfied with the services of the hotel.
Coordinates with housekeeping and room service for allotment of rooms (as per guest preferences), amenities and room clearance.
Ensuring that the check-in and check-out are smoothly handled.
Handling of Groups (Conferences, weddings, etc.).
