• Responsible for revenue generation ,specifically working for IIIT Hyderabad and IIT Roorkee ,Data Engineering and Full Stack Development program
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales Team
• Maintain company and client relationship
• Interacting with IT professionals, understanding their needs and suggesting them the best technology so that they can certify themselves
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, Training and performance monitoring of sales representatives Aiming at meeting the maximum revenue of the team
• Closing the deals

Responsibility:

• Responsibility for handling 2 programs for India and 4 programs for Amity University (Dubai) with the learnings and
  achievements of :
  1. Team members - 2 TLs ( each having 3-4 Learning Consultant)
  2. Revenue generated - 2.5 Cr + 70 lacs ( Dubai Program)
• All programs product coordination with the stakeholder of every program in terms of product
  department.
• Post sales revenue management with grievance handling.
• Marketing budget allocation strategy and management.
• IMP: Automated tracking of every resource by using CRM and analytics platforms.
• Lead engagement and nurturing by using various parameters ,which has led to maintain the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) between 45 - 55%.

• Use customer feedback to generate new ideas about product improvement.
• Closing the deals.
• Fixing up the session for the clients, direct meetings.
• Attending meetings and discussing daily work with the manager.
• Directly working under manager and super manager.
