• Search for and attract potential candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, job fairs, referrals, and resume databases.
• Review applications and resumes to determine the qualifications and suitability of candidates for specific roles.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including discussing salary and benefits packages, and handling negotiations when necessary.
• Ensure all necessary employment documents, such as contracts, tax forms, and confidentiality agreements, are completed accurately.
