If required, we filled out the portal's mandatory information with the manager's confirmation, then we filled out all the Mandatory information and closed the claim so that he would receive financial support.
  • Taking care of giving associates the most recent information on benefits, including paid time off (PTO), updated leave of absence (LOA), Alight insurance updates, retirement procedures, 401(k) plans, and updated workflow on approvals to update PTO.
  • As per the requirement of the query routing the ticket with respective teams.(related to cheque or any payment so payroll can help the associate and close the ticket on their end.)
