Currently working as Lead – Cloud and non-cloud Renewals, Quoting / Saas Bookings & Revenue at Alvaria, Inc. Competent & efficient professional with an experience of about 13 years in Cloud / Order Management, Contract Management, Sales Operations, SFCPQ and Renewal Operations.
• Currently handing a Team of 11 Specialist and ensuring smooth process (Renewals, Quoting & Order Booking) execution in line with organization goal.
• Generate renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Alvaria maintenance and subscription renewal.
• Maintain accurate and timely forecasts on a rolling 120-daybasis. Meet quarterly and annual targets.
• SPOC for processes related to SaaSrenewal. Act as a catalyst, driving all internal processes including Finance, Deal Management, Legal, Order Management, Collections to ensure timely renewal of the instance.
• Work with AE's / Sales and deal desk to prepare quotes for add on/migration
/renewals, quote revisions etc.
• Understands company specific product/support offerings, pricing policies and programs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with the IT, Sales, finance and legal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure all necessary information is accurate prior to final order processing.
• Create and analyze reports on quote generation, order processing timelines and order accuracy to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support UAT (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team).
