  • Completed gap analysis for US stream as part of 90-day plan. Proposed specific recommendations in migration approach, PIR process review, Metrics dashboard automation and associate skill development.
  • Led Service Improvement Program (SIP) at business unit level. 20 programs were implemented in a span of four years which resulted in 6 FTE savings, Incident reduction of 5000 per annum which resulted in cost savings of 10 million $ dollars
  • Globally aligned roles between USA, Ireland and India to setup Service Desk, Application Support, Batch Support and Release Management functions (24 x 7) across Bangalore & Chennai locations.
