These manufacturing facilities have been approved by major international Regulatory Agencies.   • Working at tandem in coordination with team members of 16 different teams including their sm’s, zsm’s, dsm’s and fso’s at the corporate institution level.
  • Developing key relationships with CEO’s. COO’s, GM’s, Medical directors, Departmental heads of various departments like nursing, HR, Pharmacy, admin at Key Accounts like Apollo Gleneagles, Fortis & Others.
  • Working in close coordination with purchase department and making New Products available at the corporate drug formulary besides following up on the Rxes with the Key Opinion Leaders through CRM activities.
  • Creating a Brand image of Cipla at the corporate level.
  • Establishing an incremental sale over and above the current base with entire Cipla Product range.
  • Creating a database of influencers at the corporate level; of team members at the corporate institute level and channel partners at the institutional level.
  • Motivating team members and channel partners on incremental sales.
  • Attending their team meets to understand their strategies and activities and help them to build up strategies at the corporate level for incremental business.
