- Recruitment of Diploma Engineers as On Job Trainees (OJT) in line with the business requirement and objectives.
- On-boarding and Induction planning and execution
- Conducting Training Need Identification and designing Annual Training Calendar
- Planning and implementation of “Learning Week/Learning Month” program across India
- Planning and execution of Employee Engagement Activities
- GMC and GPA Management
- General grievance handling of Trainees and Staff.
- Department budget preparation, tracking and management
- OJT Training Evaluation
- Trainee Hostel Management
- Procurement/hiring of materials and Services and vendor management
